Bakepack End of Line Solutions was established in 2011 to become part of the Verhoeven Bakery Equipment Family. Our parent company, Verhoeven Family of Companies, has supplied automated material handling and conveyor solutions to the food and non-food industry for more than 50 years.

Back in 2011, we saw a need in the market for packaging. Our parent company was well known for their high-speed box and robotic palletizers for can handling and crates. We combined our expertise in packaging and handling and applied it to the baking industry, to supply automated product packaging processes for fresh baked and/or frozen products. But we didn’t stop there.

Throughout the years, we incorporated specialized packaging machines into our production lines and integrated those into a single main control system. This ensured stricter start-up times and a more efficient process. Additionally, we developed vision systems based on 3D imaging to assist quality assurance.

Our innovations branched out to include improved packaging processes; for example, an automatic crate buffering and cooling system. When vacuum cooling and baking processes came on to the market, Bakepack End of Line Solutions developed an advanced range of packaging lines.
